Today, my friend celebrated her quinceañera at the Lula Lounge on Dundas. Quinces, as they are called in short, are the celebration of a girl’s fifteenth birthday in Latin American cultures. So you can say I went to a really awesome birthday party!
Another friend of mine and I sneaked to the alleyway outside to snap a few photos of each other during a salsa session.
I’m wearing a tank top and socks from H&M, a The Limited knit sweater, a petticoat from American Apparel, leggings from Costa Blanca and pauper boots from Nine West.
Here’s S. landing after a jump! I like how her hair seems to float…
S. is wearing $2 outlet shoes, $1 nylons from the dollar store and a $10 jean jacket. EXCLAMATION MARKSSSS!!! I don’t remember where her dress is from because I shut my ears after refusing to hear those amazing deals that are just too OMG.
(While we were risking hypothermia,) I took my first street style portrait!
Ya know, I’m feeling all legit and everything…

Great street style pic! They are fun to do once you get past the shyness to begin with!
