The moment my eyes met this suit, I knew I had to draw it!
I stared at the fluid draping, the effortless look and the power-woman pose of Carmen Kass. Armani has fashioned the ultimate business outfit.

With fifties influences, camel browns and the omnipresent metallic sequins/ wooden circle clasp- this collection certainly was “A Play on Amber.”
Guess the details!

From top left (clockwise): cavelady-chic toggle clasp, defined shoulder, grilled cheese sandwich clutch, anemone wool belt.*
*No those aren’t actually the names of the accessories.
Oooh, let’s gawk at the hairdos!
Neither pin-straight nor ringlet curvy, these blow-outs offer just the right amount of volume (not vixen.) I’m eying the golden highlights and side swept bangs. I also love the make-up- a swipe of gold on eyelids give off the impression of youthfulness and elegance, something pink never delivered! Coppery bronze eyeliner on the lids and lash line complete the look.
As much as I worship this collection (I love eye candy!), I would appreciate more multicultural models (*cough cough* Chanel Iman who is only obviously my favourite Korean- African American model!)

I think this is just the first or second time I’m seeing your drawing… You’re good! Very good! J’adore; c’est tres magnifique!
Oh, and thanks for reminding me (via second last paragraph) I have to pick out accessories and makeup for tomorrow!
