This was technically supposed to yesterday’s post as I’m covering what happened yesterday…and two days ago… BUT I promised myself I’d write about my new title and Domo. See, I plan ahead! I’m writing this on Tuesday too. So what happened today, err yesterday: Camila comes wearing a side braid and she exclaims , “Guess what my hair is inspired by?!” Me: fish? Ever since I saw a fishtail braid in Seventeen, every braid -no matter what type- looks like these aquatic creatures. Camila:” “ALEXANDER WANG SPRING 2010 runway!!”
And, on Monday- I received tickets to go to a gallery showcasing the graduating classes’ artwork from my future school through the mail. Now I shall agonizingly plan an outfit for my first gallery event/ oppurtunity to “network” with classmates-to-be! “Network?” I watch too much Top Model.
More Alexander Wang:
Oh My Gravy, what are those atrocious peices of beige suede?! Why anyone would design or eww, CARRY these little monsters are beyond me. The buckling of the leather resembles little fingers. I question the carrying capacities of this bucket. Good try though, Alex.
But what is this I see?! The polar opposite of the Diego Suede Studded Bucket Bag.
Adorable! Such a new breathe of fresh air for portfolios. Just imagine going to school and carrying your artwork in that! Or going to a job interview and taking your resumé out of one of these babies. Proffesional and chic. What I like to call Best of Both Worlds. Céline handbags- ME WANT!

Wow. To be honest, when you said “Best of Both Worlds,” it reminded me of that very first Hannah Montana song back in ’06… but anyway, I think that those bags (not the Alex Wang one, but the other) are on the professional side; it’s not something I’d go out to school with.. probably just for like, a job interview. Bu that’s just my opinion.
